Some of Our Activities

We are committed to translating hard science into practical applications that benefit society. Through our programs, we teach essential skills in healthy cooking, waste management, green building, and promoting both physical and mental health. These are some of our activities.  We are welcome your colaboration in making a positive impact on community and the environment!

Tempeh is a very affordable healthy Indonesian food.  However, its production often consumes so much of water.  Wild and unhygienic processing may cause food poisoning as well. In this workshop we educate communities to produce hygienic and safe tempeh, with optimum amount of water.

Composting household waste presents a powerful solution for communities facing waste management challenges while seeking access to healthy, affordable food. By educating residents on safe composting methods, we empower them to convert waste into valuable nutrients for farming. This sustainable practice not only reduces waste but also promotes local food production at a low cost, fostering healthier communities. Let's embrace composting as a pathway to a greener, more sustainable urban lifestyle.

Coconut trees can go along the coast where other plants cannot grow.  It tolerates saline environments and climate change.

Coconut oil has many uses, from cooking oil, medicine to cosmetics.  However, traditional coconut oil production requires lots of energy.  Our foundation educates communities to produce coconut oil using significantly less energy, and time with simple equipment for the marginal communities in villages.

Pre and probiotic in our daily food could help to prevent a number of degenerative diseases.  Both of them can be sourced from our local ingredients.  In this workshop, we introduce our indigenous food sources, combined with scientifically sound fermentation technology to produce healthy, tasty and affordable pre and probiotic food.
